O’BiNi is a small, food production business, based in Sydney, Australia, and specialising in Thai (and Thai inspired) cuisine. The founder and guiding light behind the preparation, presentation and delicious taste of our products is the diminutive, but dynamic, Nimanong Khammee, better known as Opor. A regular at Sydney’s Haymarket and Thaitown districts, Opor has developed a strong following amongst the local community, many of who have encouraged her to make her products more widely available.
