How To Make Opor's Famous Moo Ping

With her equally famous BBQ pork seasoning

DIRECTIONS: One pack will season 1kg of pork neck, which will make approximately 20-25 BBQ pork sticks. 

  1. Slice pork into 3cm strips and in a bowl, mix with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  2. Add each of the sachets and mix thoroughly with the pork.
  3. Marinate in a regfrigerator for a minimum of one hour.
  4. Slide pork strips onto bamboo or stainless skewers and barbeque under a hot grill for 20 minutes (or until golden brown).
  5. Delicious served with hot sticky rice, or store in the fridge and microwave on high to enjoy later.

INGREDIENTS: Oyster Extract, Palm Sugar, Soybean, Corn Starch, Black Pepper, Garlic, Coriander Root, Coriander Leaf.
