Steak & Lamb Marinade

Opor's Moo Ping Seasoning is also delicious as a marinade for any type of meat dish

DIRECTIONS: One pack will coat up to 2kg of meat. 

  1. Thoroughly mix all four ingredients in a large a bowl, along with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  2. Coat the meat with the mixture, kneading and pressing into the grain so that it’s moist and saturated.
  3. Marinate in a regfrigerator for a minimum of one hour.
  4. Grill, fry or barbecue meat to your preferred ‘doneness’.
  5. Delicious served with rice, vegetables or salad.

INGREDIENTS: Oyster Extract, Palm Sugar, Soybean, Corn Starch, Black Pepper, Garlic, Coriander Root, Coriander Leaf.
